Automations
Automations that run your processes, error-free
An automation connects your tools to each other and runs a predefined process, reliably and with a full audit trail. It is the highest-return building block for eliminating re-keying and missed steps.

Examples of automations we deploy
Every automation is built to order around your tools and your business rules.
Invoice → extraction → filing → accounting
Incoming invoices are read, extracted, filed and passed to your accounting tool, with no data entry.
Form → CRM → email → task
A request comes in: the contact is created in the CRM, the confirmation email goes out, the sales task is assigned.
Unanswered quote → automatic follow-ups
Once your deadline passes, the follow-up goes out per your rules: number, tone, exceptions.
Attendance sheet → OCR → spreadsheet → reporting
Scanned sheets are read and consolidated automatically into your tracking spreadsheets.
CRM data → PDF report
Your weekly or monthly reporting generated automatically from the live data.
Contract signed → client onboarding
The moment the contract is signed: client workspaces created, welcome pack sent, milestones scheduled.
Automations you actually own
No black box, no dependency on opaque custom code: everything is documented, reversible and plugged into the tools you already use. We build on n8n and Make, two proven platforms that connect to hundreds of tools.
When a process requires understanding (reading an email, interpreting a document), an AI agent slots into the automation: the agent understands and decides, the automation executes and logs.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from an AI agent?
An automation follows a predefined scenario, with no interpretation: it is reliable, fast and inexpensive. An AI agent is added when variable content needs to be understood. Many projects start with pure automation, then add AI where it genuinely earns its keep.
What happens if an automation breaks down?
Every run is logged, errors trigger an alert and a fallback handling path is in place: nothing is lost silently. From there, two options: we monitor and fix through a maintenance plan, or you run it in-house with the documented system and training included.
Are our tools compatible?
n8n and Make connect to hundreds of tools, and any software with an API can be integrated. The assessment confirms feasibility on your environment.
What budget should we plan for?
Fixed-price, from €1,500 for a first automation. The free assessment estimates the cost and the time saved before any commitment.
Which process costs you the most time?
